What is iBaby Monitor?
The iBaby monitors are smart baby monitors designed to work with your smartphones and tablets so you can see and hear your baby at anytime, from anywhere, as long as you are connected to Internet (including Wi-Fi, 3G/4G network, etc.). From the free “iBaby View” app, you could set motion/sound alerts, zoom and take photos of your baby so you will never miss an important moment.
What iOS devices are compatible with the iBaby monitors?
The iBaby monitors are compatible with the following iOS devices:
- iPod Touch 4th Generation and later
- iPhone 4 and later
- iPad 2 and later
- iPad mini
All iOS devices must be running iOS version 6.0 or newer.
Is the iBaby monitor compatible with Android platform?
Yes. You can download the free app “iBaby View” for M2/M3s models and “iBaby Care App” for M6 from Google Play Store. However, the Android app is currently an open beta program. You will be able to use all the functions of the app except camera installation. The iBaby monitors can only be installed via compatible iOS devices at the moment.
Why can't I find iBaby apps on my iPad?
To download iBaby apps for iPad, go to the App Store and search for “iBaby View” (for M2/M3s) or “iBaby Care” for M6 . Change the search filter to “iPhone Only”.
How many users can use the iBaby Monitor?
An unlimited number of users can access the iBaby monitor. However, only four users can access the monitor simultaneously.
Do I need an app to view my baby?
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are only allowed when the merchandise is defective or damaged upon arrival.
What is the iBaby's return policy?
Merchandise may be returned to us within 30 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in the condition received or, understandably, we will not be able to accept your return. We will credit your refund to the original credit card, with shipping and handling charges deducted from the refund amount. For more details, please read our Return Policy.
What is the iBaby's warranty policy?
The iBaby Monitor supports router SSID and Passwords using English symbols. If the SSID contains characters in Chinese or other languages, the monitor will not install.
