FAQ | Answering All Of Your iBaby Questions

Your order is shipped out with care from our iBaby Labs warehouse in San Jose, California.

We know you’re excited to receive your smart iBaby Monitor. So you can begin tracking it by following these instructions:

  1. Sign in to your account by clicking on “Sign in” on the top right of the menu

  2. Or you can track your order by tapping on our track order page  

iBaby has a great return policy. You can read all about it here.

Reset iBaby Labs Account Password: 

  1. the upper right hand of the menu, click the menu option “Sign in”

  2. Tap on “Lost Your Password?”

  3. Enter the email address you used to create your iBaby Labs Account

Reset iBaby Care App Account Password: 

  1. Open the iBaby Care App

  2. Tap on “Forgot Password”

  3. Enter the email address you used to create your iBaby Care App Account.

*Note, the iBaby Labs Account and iBaby Care App account are two separate entities. The iBaby Labs account is solely used to place and check on orders. The iBaby Care App account is what you utilize to use your iBaby Monitor.
