If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team at support@ibabylabs.com as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations: We do not charge a fee for orders cancelled before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Modifications: Our team can often adjust order details, such as removing items or changing product variants, without any fees before shipment.

1.2. After Your Order Ships

If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for a return. To avoid return shipping fees, we strongly recommend cancelling before your order is dispatched.

2. Return Policy (After Delivery)

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2.1. For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your purchase is protected by a one-year warranty. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately.
  • Our Commitment: We will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement of the item.
  • Resolution: You will receive your choice of a full refund or a free replacement. No re-boxing or shipping fees will apply.
2.2. For Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return an item for reasons other than it being damaged or defective, the following conditions apply:
  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Fees: For standard returns, certain costs will be deducted from your final refund. These may include:
    • Return shipping costs.
    • A re-boxing fee of $30 if the original packaging is opened or damaged.
    • Promotional Orders: If your order included a special promotion or shipping subsidy, a cancellation fee based on our actual costs may apply.
All applicable fees will be clearly communicated and confirmed with you before you ship the item back to us.

For all returns, please provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the condition of the product you received. This helps us accelerate the process.

Our team will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send back items without first requesting a return.

Processing
Upon approval, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that third-party fees incurred from payment processors during the original transaction are non-refundable and will be the customer's responsibility.

5. Purchases from Authorized Retailers

This policy applies exclusively to purchases made on our official website. If you purchased an iBaby Labs product from a distributor, partner retailer, or another e-commerce platform, please contact that retailer directly for their specific return and exchange policies. Our authorized distributors will assist you according to their own after-sales procedures.
