05. How does contactless breathing monitoring work?

The monitor detects chest movement through video analysis using optical flow algorithms, tracking your baby's chest's subtle rise and fall in real-time to calculate their breathing rate.

06. How does heart rate monitoring work without contact?

Using Yobi-PPG(Photoplethysmography ,the i20 detects tiny changes in skin color caused by blood flow under natural lighting. The camera processes these changes to accurately calculate your baby’s heart rate.

08. What are the accuracy standards for the iBbay i20's heart rate and respiration rate monitoring?

The iBbay i20 meets the following accuracy standards:

Heart Rate Monitoring: Accuracy meets the US NIH standard (error ≤ 4 beats/minute).
Respiration Rate Monitoring: Accuracy meets the ANSI/AAMI standard (error ≤ 4 breaths/minute).

11. Can I view my baby remotely on my phone?

Yes. The iBaby i20 connects to a secure mobile app where you can monitor live video, receive real-time alerts, and check vitals—even when you’re not home.

12. What storage options are available?

Each iBaby i20 includes a complimentary 32GB TF card for local video storage (expandable up to 128GB), plus optional cloud storage for secure backup and remote access.

13. Is there a temperature and humidity sensor?

Yes. The i20 comes with a built-in environmental sensor to track room temperature and humidity, helping ensure your baby’s space is always comfortable.

14. Can I turn off the i20 without unplugging it?

The i20 is designed to monitor your baby around the clock, so there’s no physical power-off button. However, you can enable Privacy Mode in the app, which turns off the video stream while still allowing essential alerts (e.g., crying, face-covered) to come through. This is perfect when you want to pause the video but still keep important safety functions running. We’re also working on a remote “off” function via the app, and we’ll share updates as soon as it’s ready.

15. What is Privacy Mode and how do I use it?

Privacy Mode disables the live video stream while keeping audio and smart alerts active. You can turn it on directly in the iBaby Care app—great if you’ve shared device access with others but want to maintain video privacy at certain times

Billing

01. How can I view my billing history in your store?

You can view your order and billing history by logging into your account and navigating to the "Order History" section. Receipts and invoices are available for download.

02. What payment methods do you accept?

We use Shopify Payments, which accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

03. How do I update my payment method for future orders?

You can update your payment method during the checkout process. Just select your preferred payment option before completing the purchase.

04. Can I receive a copy of my invoice?

A copy of your invoice will be sent to your registered email after the purchase. You can also access it under your "Order History" in your Shopify account.

05. Why was my payment declined?

If your payment was declined, it could be due to incorrect billing information, expired card details, or insufficient funds. Try another payment method or contact your bank for more information.

06. How can I change my billing address?

You can update your billing address during checkout or by visiting your account under "Addresses" in your Shopify profile.

07. Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we do charge sales tax. iBaby Labs, Inc. is a U.S.-registered business, and we're required by law to collect sales tax on each order based on the shipping destination.

08. What do I do if I was charged the wrong amount?

If you were charged incorrectly, please reach out to our customer support team through the Contact Us page. We’ll investigate and resolve any issues promptly.
Taxes are calculated based on your shipping address and local tax laws. The total amount, including tax, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

09. Can I apply a discount code after I've placed my order?

Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase is completed. Be sure to apply your code during checkout in the "Discount Code" field.

10. How can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, you can request a cancellation through your account or by contacting us immediately. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

11. When will I be charged for my order?

You’ll be charged immediately after placing your order.

12. Can I get a refund for a returned item?

Yes, we do offer refunds for returns that meet the conditions outlined in our Warranty & Refund Policy. We kindly ask that you review the full policy to ensure your return qualifies.

If it does, please email our support team   to initiate the return process. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your location. Be sure to keep the original packaging, as it’s required for return shipping.

After the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
