1. Introduction & Commitment

At iBaby Labs, we are committed to providing exceptional service and peace of mind to all our customers. This policy outlines how our 1-year limited warranty works and the procedures for requesting service or support.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@ibabylabs.com with the following details:
  • Proof of purchase
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Supporting materials (e.g., photos, videos, or error logs)

2. Proof of Purchase

To qualify for warranty coverage, please retain your original proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
Only purchases made directly from iBaby Labs or authorized distributors are eligible for warranty service.

3. Customer Support & Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our support team at support@ibabylabs.com with the following details:
  • Proof of purchase
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Supporting materials (e.g., photos, videos, or error logs)

4. Returns & Refunds

Authorization Required: All returns must be pre-approved by iBaby Labs customer support.
Inspection: Returned products must be inspected at our facility before a refund is issued.
Shipping: If the return is due to a verified product defect under warranty, return shipping will be covered by iBaby Labs.Packaging: You are responsible for safe packaging. 5. Replacements

30-Day Replacement Window (from delivery):
- Product damaged in transit (with proof)- Incorrect product received- Critical manufacturing defectWarranty Start Date: Replacements are covered under the original product's remaining warranty or a minimum of 90 days from the replacement date β€” whichever is longer.Shipping: Replacement shipping costs due to verified defects are covered by iBaby Labs.Packaging: Returns must be in the original packaging.Not Eligible for Replacement If:- Request is made after 30 days- Packaging or accessories are missing- Damage is due to misuse- Product passes inspection with no defect- No valid proof of purchase- Carrier damage not reported within 7 days of delivery- Damage from external causes (force majeure)Return Timeline: Replacement items must be returned within 14 calendar days of approval.

6. Repairs

Warranty covers repairs for non-customer-induced damage or manufacturing defects.
Not Covered Under Repair Warranty:
- Transit damage without carrier proof
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, or external causes
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Tampered or missing serial numbers
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance
- Lack of valid proof of purchase

7. General Warranty Terms

  • One-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery
  • Warranty coverage may vary depending on the type of service (return, replacement, or repair)
  • DIY repairs are only permitted with guidance from iBaby Labs
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by third-party accessories or unauthorized firmware
  • Unauthorized modifications void the warranty
  • Warranty applies only when used under normal operating conditions

8. Accessories & Consumables (Not Covered)

Consumable items (e.g., Complimentary TF Card) are not covered under warranty.
We may provide direct purchase links for replacement consumables where available.

9. Legal & Regional Considerations

  • Local consumer protection laws override this policy where applicable
  • Warranty is valid only in the original region of purchase
  •  If local law provides a longer warranty period, that duration will apply

 10. Policy Updates

iBaby Labs may revise this policy with 14 days’ notice.
 Please refer to our website for current shipping and cancellation policies. We reserve the final right to interpret this policy.
