M3s Troubleshooting

  1. Make sure that your iOS device is connected to your home’s Wi-Fi network.
  2. From the App Store, download “iBaby View” app on to your iOS device.
  3. Remove the red cap on the back of the camera and attach the antenna comes with your iBaby Monitor M3s.
  4. Connect the power adapter to electrical outlet.
  5. Launch the “iBaby View” app on your iOS device.
  6. Follow the simple onscreen instructions to complete the setup.
  1. Place the iBaby Monitor M3s within 75 feet of your wireless router to ensure a strong Wi-Fi signal.
  2. Reboot the router by unplugging the power adapter from the wall outlet for 10 seconds. Once the router is powered back on, wait for all indicating lights and symbols on the router to turn on. This process may take up to 1 minute. Once the router is ready, you may proceed to setup the monitor.
  3. Reboot the iBaby Monitor M3s by unplugging and reconnect the power adapter. The iBaby Monitor M3s will take a moment to start up. Please wait until you hear a double beeping sound or until you see the flashing green LED before continue.
  1. Place the iBaby monitor within 75 feet of your wireless router to ensure a strong Wi-Fi signal.
  2. Reboot the router by unplugging the power adapter from the wall outlet for 10 seconds. Once the router is powered back on, wait for all indicating lights and symbols on the router to turn on. This process may take up to 1 minute. Once the router is ready, you may proceed to reconnect the iBaby monitor.
  3. Make sure that your iOS device is connected to your home Wi-Fi.
  4. Re-install your iBaby monitor and make sure that the USB cable is correctly connected to the iBaby monitor and your iOS device during setup.
  5. If the method above does not help you to establish a Wi-Fi connection and enable video feed on the app, please contact our customer service at support.ibabylabs.com

  1. Make sure that your iOS device is at least 15 feet apart from the iBaby monitor to prevent voice feedback loop.
  2. Switch Wi-Fi channel frequency to prevent signal interference.

  1. Please go to the App Store and download the newest version for “iBaby View”.
  2. Please try to restart your iBaby monitor by turning it off and turning it back on. The power button is located at the back of the camera next to USB port. Press and hold for 1 – 2 seconds to turn off the monitor and press and hold it again for 1 – 2 seconds to turn it back on.
  3. Restart your router and make sure that it is properly connected to the Internet.

Firmware upgrade needs a stable Wi-Fi connection and the camera has to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network used for installation. Do not upgrade until you are able to secure a stable Wi-Fi connection.

  1. A stable and strong Wi-Fi connection is needed to be able to view the video feed back using the “iBaby View” app. Please make sure that you have proper Wi-Fi signal strength and stable internet connection.
  2. If you continue to experience problems with your iBaby monitor, please contact our customer service at support.ibabylabs.com
