iOS and Android cannot connect after logout and session cannot play music

Anyone else feel at least once a year the ibaby app cannot connect to their servers, and get a no internet connection error? About the sametime those who are already logged into session cannot get to music sounds for your baby? Life I said, have had the device for two year, and am surprised this happens and no official outage or comms about an app issue are sent out.
