Can you please provide more information on what an “Unhealthy” reading means for the CO2 level? It’s pretty alarming to see that for my baby’s nursery, without any guidance on what it means and how I’m supposed to remedy it? I’ve tried sending an email to support and got a rambling reply about a vacuum and giving my device 24 hours (neither of which applied to me). I tried sending a note via Twitter and never heard back, and then I tried calling your phone number and went straight to voicemail. To say that I am frustrated is an under statement!
Oh, and your app repeatedly disables the ‘Listen’ feature on its own, leaving me with the false impression that I will hear if my child is crying, when that’s not the case.
